General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions govern the reservation and accommodation services provided by :property_legal_name, EIK 206220966, with registered address: ul. Bratan 24, :property_location, Bulgaria (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel").

By making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

Reservation Procedure

Reservations at Мурите Парк Хотел can be made via the following channels:

By email
Through the official website of the Hotel

A reservation is considered confirmed once the guest has received a written confirmation (via email or the booking system) and has made the required deposit payment.

Deposit and Payment

Upon confirmation of the reservation, the guest is required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost within 3 (three) calendar days. Failure to pay the deposit within the specified period may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

All payments are made in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and include VAT in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7 or more days before the check-in date: The guest is entitled to a full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the check-in date: The deposit is non-refundable.
No-show: In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: after 15:00
Check-out: by 12:00 (noon)

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure

The Hotel shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such failure results from force majeure events, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, wars, strikes, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Hotel.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts.
